DIRECTIONS: from Windsor, head west on HWY 14 from Exit5 on HWY 101 , to Broklyn, turning left (north) at the main intersection in the village, at the war memorial, tending left at the top of the hill onto HWY 215. Follow this highway approximately 21 km, park off the road near the bridge.

Trail Description: walk down to the stream, walking downstream along the side of the brook. There is a small graveyard on the south side of the brook just above the small cascades before you reach the main falls. To access the base of the main falls, climb up the right hand side hill above the precipice of the falls, walk along the ridge and find your way down to the stream again down the steep incline.

These falls are typical of the "fan" type of waterfall, where water falls through a relatively narrow crest and spreads out and becomes wider as it descends. The plunge pool at the base is at the tidal reach.

The small community of Kempt Shore is host to the Acoustic Maritime Music Festival, every third full weekend in July, as well as the Kempt Shore Bluegrass Festival on the third weekend of August. Both are held at the Petersons's Festival Campground which has serviced and unserviced lots. It is open from 1June to 15October of each year.
